Growing up together
Three young girls share a smile in Sucre, Bolivia. The girls receive health care, nutrition and education support from our local partner IPTK, a non-profit organization that provides quality support and daycare for children of working or job-searching parents. Families also benefit from training and education in social development, disease prevention and nutrition. |

Great start to the day This youngster attending Eel Ground School in New Brunswick is one of many who enjoy a healthy breakfast before settling into his school day, thanks to our individual donors, and our community donor IDRF. Being hungry in school can have a negative impact on student performance so we ensure that good food choices are on the menu first thing every morning. |

The Best Gift Ever! Devina Nalubula
and her child demonstrate the use of a moquito net, one of many provided to families in Uganda to prevent malaria. Malaria kills more children under five than any other disease. Providing prevention tools and education is helping save young lives. Watch for your Best Gift Ever catalogue in late October for more vital gifts for children affected by poverty. |
