Creating Change at Elsipogtog First Nation
The Elsipogtog First Nation community has significant and increasing poverty and related health issues, which CFTC is helping to alleviate through breakfast and lunch programs for the children of Elsipogtog Public School. In our visit, we worked together with community leaders to figure out how to best leverage a community garden and engage parents in nutrition education for their children.
