Our work in Uganda
Uganda has been a big part of our programming history. We’ve had a presence there for close to 20 years and it was the first country in which we introduced our sponsorship program. We’ve had such a strong and lasting impact on some communities that we have moved on to more vulnerable program sites, leaving families with new ways to generate income, to keep their children well and educated, and to provide regular and nourishing meals.
